230mm thin cutting disc for stainless steel and steel, 1.9mm thick, A46Z, Progress range.
Description
A 230mm Inox cutting disc from the Progress range, specification A46Z on our record, 1.9mm thick with a 22mm bore. It sits between the 1.8mm and 2.5mm Inox discs we already stock in this size.
Inox discs are made without added iron, sulphur or chlorine so they do not contaminate stainless steel and cause rust spots. The thin 1.9mm body cuts fast with less heat and burr. Fit to a 230mm grinder rated within the disc speed and wear full face protection.
Used for:
- Cutting stainless steel tube and sheet
- Mild steel angle, flat bar and rod
- Fabrication and maintenance work
Not for masonry or for side grinding.
