Tork Craft 6mm diamond core bit for wet drilling ceramic and porcelain tiles, marble, granite, glass and slate.
Description
This 6mm Tork Craft diamond core bit drills neat holes through ceramic tiles, grade 5 porcelain, marble, granite, glass and slate. Diamond grit on the cutting edge cuts faster and cleaner than ordinary bits, so it suits plumbing, electrical and fixing holes in tiled walls and stone.
Always drill wet, using water or coolant, so the diamond does not overheat. Use rotary mode only, never hammer or impact. Start at about 45 degrees on the edge of the bit, then ease it upright as it bites, and keep to the recommended speed for the diameter. Wear safety glasses and gloves, and keep the work clamped or held firmly.

- Fixing holes in wall and floor tiles
- Holes for taps and pipes through porcelain
- Drilling glass, marble and granite
Not for hammer or impact drilling.
