Swivel Even Sided 22 x 22mm Nickel Plated

Description

An even-sided swivel (pattern #178), nickel plated, sized 22 x 22 mm. Oswald Brothers list it under chain and rigging. It sits between two lengths of chain or rope, or between a chain and a fitting, so either side can turn freely and the line does not kink.

No working load limit is published for it, so treat it as a general hardware fitting, not rated rigging. Check it for wear now and then and replace it if it binds.

Used for:

• Dog tie-outs and running lines
• Joining chain to rope on gates and tie-downs
• Hanging baskets, signs and chimes

Not for: overhead lifting, rigging or fall arrest.

Sold each.
