A Qualitools nylon starter rope with handle, 1.5 m long, for replacing a worn pull-start cord on small engines.
Description
A replacement pull-start rope in nylon, supplied with a handle. Qualitools lists this code as 0.50 mm x 1.5 m; check the rope thickness your recoil starter takes before buying, as the old rope should match.
Feed the rope through the pulley and handle, knot both ends and seal cut ends with a flame so they do not fray. Wind the right tension onto the recoil spring before fitting the handle.
