Qualitools Q-Spray Cold Galvanising Spray – 300ml

Description

A zinc-rich spray from the Qualitools Q-Spray range, used to restore protection where galvanised steel has been cut, drilled, welded or scratched. A light coat over the bare spot gives a grey finish close to galvanising and helps keep rust from creeping in under the coating.

Clean off rust, grease and loose coating first, shake the can well and apply two or three light coats rather than one heavy one. Use it outdoors or with good ventilation.

Used for:

• Touching up cut ends and welds on galvanised steel
• Gates, palisades and burglar bars
• Roof sheet fixings and brackets

Not a substitute for hot-dip galvanising on new work.

Sold per 300ml can.
