Qualitools junior hacksaw for 150mm blades, with a steel frame and plastic handle, for small cuts in tight spaces.
Description
A junior hacksaw from Qualitools: a strong rectangular steel frame with a plastic handle that takes a 150mm blade. It is small enough to work inside cupboards, behind fittings and in other spots a full-size hacksaw cannot reach.
Fit the blade with the teeth facing forward, keep the strokes short and let the blade do the cutting. Replace blunt blades instead of forcing them.
Used for:
- Cutting small bolts, screws and threaded rod
- PVC, copper and conduit in tight spaces
- Hobby and model work
Not for long cuts in thick steel.
