Qualitools Gauging Trowel 175mm

Description

A 175mm gauging trowel for mixing small amounts of mortar, plaster and filler and for patching. The carbon steel blade is hardened, tempered and fully ground, with a lacquer finish against corrosion. The hardened steel tang is drop forged in one piece and welded to the blade, and the handle is polished hardwood.

Clean it before the mix sets on the blade, and wipe it with a little oil for storage.

Used for:

• Mixing small batches of mortar and plaster
• Patching and pointing
• Filling and repair work
