KonstruktIt Rubber Sanding Pad for Angle Grinder

Description

A rubber backing pad for angle grinders, carrying resin fibre sanding discs for sanding steel, removing rust and paint, cleaning welds and smoothing body filler. The flexible rubber lets the disc follow curves and edges instead of digging in. Available in 115mm (4.5″) for small grinders and 180mm (7″) for large grinders.

Check the pad fits the grinder spindle and is rated for the grinder speed. Fit a fibre disc of the same diameter, secure it with the clamping nut, and wear eye protection, gloves and a dust mask while sanding.

• Rust and paint removal
• Weld cleaning
• Body filler work
