Puncture Repair Solution (Vulcanising)

Description

Vulcanising solution is the rubber cement used with puncture repair patches on bicycle and other inner tubes. It bonds the patch to the tube so it holds under pressure.

Find the hole, rough up the tube around it with the scuffer, spread a thin layer of solution, wait until it is touch-dry, then press the patch on firmly. Check the tyre for the thorn or glass before refitting. Keep the cap closed, as it dries out.
