Matweld 200A crocodile-type earth clamp for arc welding machines.
Description
A Matweld crocodile-style earth (ground) clamp rated at 200A, for connecting the earth cable of an arc welder to the work.
Clamp onto clean, bare metal close to the weld for a good circuit. A poor earth causes an unstable arc and heat at the clamp. Wear a welding helmet, gloves and protective clothing.
Used for:
- Replacing a worn earth clamp
- Arc and MIG welders up to 200A
- Workshop welding
