Description
Flux-cored solder wire in a handy 15g pack. Acid core solder is for metalwork, sheet metal and plumbing; resin core solder is for electrical and electronic work.
Never use acid core solder on electrical work, as the acid residue corrodes wires and circuit boards. Heat the joint, not the solder, and let the solder flow in.
Used for:
- Electrical connections (resin core)
- Sheet metal and tin work (acid core)
- Small repairs and hobby work
