40mm PVC solvent-weld socket for joining two lengths of 40mm waste pipe.
Description
A 40mm PVC solvent-weld socket for joining two lengths of 40mm waste pipe in a straight line, or for repairing a damaged section.
Cut the pipe square, remove burrs, clean both surfaces and use PVC solvent cement for a permanent watertight joint. Let the joint cure as the cement maker directs before running water through it.
Used for:
- Basin, bath and shower waste lines
- Repairing damaged 40mm waste pipe
- Extending waste pipe runs
