50mm PVC adaptor with a 1 1/2″ BSP female thread, for joining waste pipe to threaded fittings.
Description
A 50mm PVC adaptor with a 1 1/2″ BSP female thread. It is solvent-welded onto 50mm waste pipe and lets you connect threaded fittings such as traps, wastes and outlets.
Clean both surfaces and use PVC solvent cement on the pipe end. Seal the thread with PTFE tape and hand-tighten.
Used for:
- Connecting traps and wastes to 50mm pipe
- Sink and laundry waste lines
- Threaded outlets on soil and vent systems
