Nylon 90° elbow with a 20mm barbed insert on one side and a female thread on the other.
Description
A 90° elbow joining 20mm irrigation pipe to a male-threaded fitting, such as a tap, riser or valve.
Nylon irrigation fittings push into low-density (LDPE) irrigation and garden pipe and are held with a hose clamp, or screw onto BSP threads. Nylon does not rust and stands up to sun and fertiliser. Wrap the male thread with PTFE tape before screwing it in, and clamp the pipe end.
Used for:
- Garden irrigation lines
- Drip and sprinkler systems
- Low-pressure water lines
