Description

A geyser blanket wraps around the outside of a geyser to cut standing heat loss, so the element switches on less often and you save electricity. It is especially worthwhile on older geysers and those in cold roof spaces.

Switch off the geyser before fitting. Wrap it around the tank and secure it, leaving the thermostat cover, element, safety valve and labels clear. Also lag the first metres of hot pipe.
