KonstruktIt Mini Extension Piece 15mm, Male x Female, Chrome

Description

A short chrome-plated brass extension piece with a male thread at one end and a female thread at the other, for bringing a 15mm (1/2″) tap or valve point slightly forward from the wall.

Wrap male threads with PTFE tape (about 8–10 turns, with the thread direction) or use a thread sealant, tighten firmly with the right spanner and check for leaks under pressure. Use a cloth on the spanner so the chrome does not scratch.

Used for:

• Basin and sink tap points
• Showers and mixers
• Extending recessed wall fittings

Sold each.
