Splashworks PVC soil-and-vent male coupler, 50 mm to 2″ male thread, for above-ground waste lines.
Description
A PVC soil-and-vent (above-ground drainage) coupler from Splashworks, joining 50 mm PVC waste pipe to a fitting with a 2″ female thread, such as a trap or waste outlet.
Solvent-weld the socket to clean, square-cut pipe with PVC cement and seal the thread with PTFE tape. Hand-tighten plastic threads and finish with a gentle quarter turn.
Used for:
- Basin, bath and shower waste connections
- Connecting 50 mm waste pipe to threaded traps
- Above-ground drainage repairs
Not for pressure water lines; soil and vent fittings are for drainage only.
