KonstruktIt HSS Countersink Bit 12mm

Description

A 12mm high-speed steel countersink bit for cutting a neat cone-shaped recess at the top of a drilled hole, so countersunk screw heads sit flush with or just below the surface. It works in wood, plastics, aluminium and other soft metals, and also deburrs drilled holes in steel.

Drill the pilot hole first, then countersink at a slow to medium speed with light pressure, checking the depth with a screw head. Use cutting oil on metal.
