KonstruktIt HDPE Female Coupler 20mm x 3/4″

Description

A compression coupler for 20mm HDPE (polyethylene) pipe with a 3/4″ female BSP thread on the other end. HDPE compression fittings are used on garden, farm and borehole lines and for underground water supply.

Cut the HDPE square, loosen the nut, push the pipe in past the O-ring to the stop and hand-tighten the nut. Wrap male threads with PTFE tape (about 8–10 turns, with the thread direction) or use a thread sealant, tighten firmly with the right spanner and check for leaks under pressure.

Used for:

• Garden and farm water lines
• Borehole and tank connections
• Connecting HDPE to taps and valves
