Description

A straining bolt goes through a fence post or strainer and is tightened with its nut, pulling the wire attached to the eye tight. As the wire stretches over time, tighten the nut again to take up the slack.

Choose a length that passes through the post with enough thread for the nut and for adjustment. The galvanised finish suits outdoor use.
