Description
Eureka nickel plated cup washers have a cup-shaped profile that the countersunk screw head sits into. They spread the load of the screw, increase grip on the fixing and stop the washer and the material around it from deforming, while the bright nickel finish gives a tidy, finished look and some corrosion resistance.
Choose the washer to match the screw gauge: 4.2mm for #8 screws and 4.8mm for #10 screws. Typical uses are panels, trims, mirrors and fittings where the screw head stays visible.
Used for:
- Visible screw fixings on panels, trims and fittings
- Soft boards where a bare head would pull in
Not for hex or pan head screws, or as a sealing washer outdoors.
