KonstruktIt Galvanised Barrel Nipple

Description

A short length of galvanised pipe threaded on both ends. Use it to join two female threaded fittings, or to extend a tap or valve out from a wall.

Wrap both threads with PTFE tape and tighten with a pipe wrench.

Galvanising protects the steel for outdoor and underground use.

Used for:

• Fitting garden taps and stand pipes
• Joining valves, elbows and sockets
• Extending tap points away from walls
• Tank and pump connections
• Replacing rusted nipples on old galvanised lines
