KonstruktIt Compression Straight Coupler (CxC)

Description

A straight coupler with a compression nut and olive on each end. Tightening the nut squeezes the olive onto the pipe to make a watertight joint, with no heat needed.

Cut the pipe square and deburr it, slide on the nut and olive, push the pipe fully home and tighten: hand-tight, then about a turn with a spanner.

Do not overtighten.

Used for:

• Joining copper supply pipe without a torch
• Quick repairs to cut or burst pipe
• Geyser and cylinder connections
• Pipework in tight spots where soldering is unsafe
