Abrasive flap disc for 115mm angle grinders, in P40, P60, P80 or P120 grit, for grinding, blending and finishing metal.
Description
A flap disc has overlapping abrasive flaps that wear away as you work, exposing fresh grit. It removes weld seams and rust and blends edges with a smoother finish than a grinding disc.
Coarse P40 and P60 remove material fast; P80 and P120 give a finer finish. Hold the grinder at a shallow angle and keep the guard fitted.
Used for:
- Blending welds and removing rust
- Deburring and chamfering steel
- Cleaning up metal before painting
Always wear eye protection and gloves.
