Spanjaard Spatter Release #640, a non-silicone weld anti-spatter aerosol, 400 ml.
Description
A non-water-based weld anti-spatter spray that stops spatter sticking around the weld zone, so it brushes off easily. It also keeps spatter from building up in the nozzle of CO2-shielded MIG guns and suits MIG, MAG, CO2 and flux-cored work.
Because it is silicone-free, the weld and the area around it can be painted or galvanised afterwards without problems. Spanjaard describe it as biodegradable. Spray the work and torch nozzle lightly before welding.
Used for:
- MIG and MAG welding
- Keeping torch nozzles clean
- Welds that will be painted or galvanised
400 ml aerosol. Flammable aerosol: use in a ventilated area, keep away from flames and store below 50 °C.
