Copper sealing washers (crush washers), from 6 x 10mm to 24 x 30mm, for leak-free seals on sump plugs, banjo bolts and hydraulic and fuel fittings.
Description
Copper is soft enough to crush slightly as the bolt is tightened, filling small marks on the faces and making an oil-, fuel- and pressure-tight seal. It also handles heat well.
The size is inside diameter x outside diameter. Match the inside diameter to the bolt thread. For the best seal, fit a new washer every time the joint is opened.
Used for:
- Sump and drain plugs
- Banjo bolts on fuel, brake and hydraulic lines
- Injector, compressor and pump fittings
