Soft copper sealing washers, 10mm to 30mm bore, for sealing banjo bolts, drain plugs and threaded fittings against oil, fuel and water.
Description
Copper sealing washers crush slightly when tightened and seal threaded joints against oil, fuel, water and air. They are used on sump and gearbox drain plugs, banjo bolts, injector and hydraulic fittings. Sizes are inside diameter x outside diameter.
Fit a new washer each time the joint is opened, as a used one has already been crushed. Tighten to the right torque for the part, without overdoing it on alloy castings.
