KonstruktIt Coaster Hub Brake Actuator

Description

A spare brake actuator for coaster brake hubs, the back-pedal brakes common on kids and beach-cruiser bikes. The actuator pushes the brake shoes out when you pedal backwards.

Strip, clean and grease the hub, replace worn parts and reassemble in the same order. Check the size or fitting on the old part before buying, and take it along to the shop if you are unsure. If you are not confident working on brakes, have a bicycle mechanic fit and adjust them.

Used for:

• Repairing a slipping coaster brake
• Kids and cruiser bikes
• Coaster hub rebuilds

Sold each.
