KonstruktIt Bonded Washer 6.5 x 25mm

Description

A steel washer with a rubber seal bonded to the underside. It squeezes tight under the screw head to stop water getting in through the screw hole.

Sized for 6.5mm screws, with a 25mm outside diameter.

Fit the rubber side against the sheet and tighten until the seal just starts to bulge at the edge. Replace any washer that has gone hard or cracked.

Used for:

• Roof sheeting and flashing screws
• Gutter and fascia fixings
• Sheds, carports and lean-tos
• Replacing perished roof washers

Do not overtighten: a crushed seal will leak.
