Description

A 40mm bath waste that connects the bath outlet to a 40mm trap. Choose brass for a sturdier fitting, or plastic as an economical replacement. Old brass wastes often corrode and seep at the backnut, which can rot cupboards and floors without being seen. Replacing the waste and its washers together cures most leaks at the bath outlet.

Bed the flange on silicone or the washer supplied, tighten the backnut from below and connect the trap.
