M6 barrel nuts (furniture connector sleeves) for knock-down furniture and cot, bed and cabinet assembly.
Description
A barrel nut is a threaded sleeve with a head that sits flush on the surface, used with an M6 connector bolt to join furniture panels or bed rails so they can be taken apart and put back together. Choose the length that suits the panel thickness.
Drill the hole to the barrel diameter, push the barrel in and tighten the bolt with a hex key. Do not overtighten on chipboard.
Used for:
- Beds, cots and bunk beds
- Knock-down cabinets and desks
- Replacing lost furniture fittings
