Stainless steel Torx decking screws with a smooth shank and T17 cut point for outdoor decks.
Description
Eureka stainless steel decking screws are made for outdoor decking, where they resist rust and staining. The Torx drive grips the bit firmly and reduces cam-out, the smooth shank pulls the deck board tight to the joist, and the T17 cut point starts cleanly and reduces splitting.
Use a size T25 Torx bit. Align the screw with the board, keep the drill square and drive until the head sits flush with the surface. In dense hardwoods, pre-drill to avoid splitting and snapped screws. Available in 40mm and 50mm lengths and several pack sizes.
Used for:
- Hardwood and treated pine decking
- Outdoor timber near the coast
Not for steel framing or structural joints.
