Eureka stainless steel chipboard screws with a smooth shank and Pozi drive, for pulling boards and timber tight together.
Description
Eureka chipboard screws made from stainless steel, with a Pozi drive head and a smooth upper shank. The plain shank lets the top board slide on the screw so the joint pulls up tight, and the sharp coarse thread bites well into chipboard, MDF and softwood.
Pre-drill hardwood, then drive with a PZ2 bit at moderate speed. Stainless steel resists rust, so these suit outdoor, coastal and damp work where plated fasteners stain or corrode.
Used for:
- Joining chipboard, MDF and pine panels
- Outdoor timber, decking trims and garden furniture
- Cupboard and shelving assembly
Not for metal or masonry without plugs.
