Emjay polypropylene threaded reducing socket, 3/4″ x 1/2″ female BSP.
Description
An Emjay poly threaded reducing socket that joins a 3/4″ male thread to a 1/2″ male thread (20 mm x 15 mm). Microjet makes it from high-grade black polypropylene with carbon black for UV resistance, with BSP threads cut to a 2° taper.
Each end has a robust octagonal nut, so it can be tightened by hand or with a spanner, and the nut limits flaring if the socket is over-tightened onto the male thread. Seal the male threads with PTFE tape.

- Reducing irrigation lines from 3/4″ to 1/2″
- Garden tap and hose connections
- Pump and tank outlet adaptions
- Joining poly threaded fittings of different sizes
