Cutting Disc 230 x 1.8 x 22mm, Inox

Description

A 230mm bonded abrasive cutting disc, 1.8mm thick with a 22mm bore, for cutting stainless steel and steel with an angle grinder or cut-off machine that takes this size. Specification A46T Inox. The thin 1.8mm disc cuts fast with little burr and less heat, which helps stop stainless steel discolouring.

Cut straight with steady pressure and do not use the face of a cutting disc for grinding, as it can shatter. Check that the maximum speed marked on the disc is at least the no-load speed of your machine, keep the guard on, and wear eye protection, gloves and a dust mask.

Used for:

• Cutting stainless steel and steel
• Cutting rod, tube, angle and sheet
• Fabrication and site work

Not for grinding on the face of the disc.
