Waco copper tubular crimp cable lugs, complying with SANS 61238-1, for terminating 6mm² or 25mm² cable onto a 6mm or 8mm stud or bolt.
Description
A crimp lug gives a cable a solid, bolted end for connecting to studs on DB boards, earth bars, batteries, inverters and motors. The size gives the cable cross-section and the stud hole.
Strip the cable to the barrel length, insert the conductor fully and crimp with a proper lug crimping tool of the right size, then cover the barrel with heat-shrink.
Used for:
- Earth and bonding connections
- Battery, inverter and solar cabling
- Motor and DB board terminations
Electrical connections should be made by a qualified electrician.
