Tubular Hacksaw Frame Orange/Yellow

Description

A hacksaw with a tubular steel frame, finished in orange and yellow. Our stock data does not name the maker or the blade length it takes, so check the blade size on the frame before buying spares.

Fit the blade with the teeth pointing away from the handle, tension it firmly and cut on the push stroke with long, steady strokes. A finer tooth suits thin tube; a coarser tooth suits solid bar.

Used for:

• Cutting steel and copper pipe
• Cutting bolts, rod and threaded bar
• Trimming PVC conduit and trunking

Not for: cutting timber.
