Technicrete Buildmix is a pre-bagged building mortar in a 30kg bag. Just add water for consistent brick and block mortar on smaller jobs.
Description
Buildmix is a factory-batched blend of CEM I 42,5 cement and building sand for laying bricks and blocks. Because it comes pre-mixed, every batch is the same and there is no guessing ratios on site.
It gives a Class II mortar of 5 MPa minimum at 28 days. Add about 2,7 litres of water per 30kg bag; roughly 68 bags make 1 m³ of mortar.
Used for:
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Boundary and garden walls
- Repairs and small extensions
- Building braais, planters and piers
Not a concrete or plaster mix – use Technimix for concrete and Plastermix for plaster.
30kg bag. Store under cover and off the ground; keeps up to 6 months dry.
