1kg stove putty (fire cement) for sealing joints in stoves, flues and fireplaces.
Description
A heat-resistant putty for sealing joints and small cracks in stoves, flue pipes, fireplaces and braais, where ordinary fillers would burn or crack.
Damp the surface, press the putty firmly into the joint and smooth it off. Let it dry, then light a small fire first so it hardens slowly.
Used for:
- Stove pipe and flue joints
- Cracks in fireplaces and braais
- Sealing around stove doors and plates
