Sleeve Anchor 12 x 60mm

Description

A sleeve anchor has a bolt and nut inside a split sleeve. Tightening the nut pulls a cone into the sleeve and expands it against the wall of the hole. Our stock data gives 12 x 60 mm but not whether 12 mm is the hole or the thread size, nor the finish, so check before drilling.

Drill the hole, blow out the dust, push the anchor through the fixture into the hole and tighten. Do not over-tighten in soft brick. Not for hollow blocks.

Used for:

• Fixing gate and door frames to concrete
• Mounting brackets, rails and shelving on brick
• Fixing equipment to concrete floors
