Rystix Exterior Armadek in mahogany – a water-based, satin-sheen protective coating for decks and exterior timber. 5 litres.
Description
Rystix Exterior Armadek is a water-based acrylic coating that forms a tough, wear-resistant layer on decks and outdoor timber. It is not a varnish, so it does not peel or flake on clean, dry wood.
Mahogany is one of the translucent satin shades, which Rystix recommends for better UV protection than Clear. Apply at least 3 coats on vertical surfaces and 4 on decks, handrails and steps, about 10–14 m² per litre per coat, with 2 hours between coats.
Used for:
- Timber decks and walkways
- Outdoor furniture and benches
- Cladding, log cabins and sheds
- Fencing, windows and doors
Not for: Oily timbers such as Teak and Ipe – Rystix advises against coating them with Armadek.
5 litre tin. Stir well before and during use; do not coat in damp weather.
