Rystix Exterior Armadek Clear 1L
R345.90 incl. VAT
Rystix Exterior Armadek in clear, a water-based deck coating that guards outdoor timber against sun, rain and wear. 1 litre tin.
Description
Armadek is an acrylic, water-based coating that forms a tough, wear-resistant satin layer on decks, outdoor furniture, cladding and cabins. It is not a varnish, so it will not peel or flake on clean, dry wood, and it contains agents against dry rot, insects and fungus. Clear keeps the natural look of the timber and can be tinted with universal tints; for better UV protection Rystix recommend one of the coloured shades.
Rystix specify at least three coats on vertical surfaces and four on deck boards, steps and rails, with two hours between coats. One litre covers about 10 to 14 m² a coat. Avoid oily timbers such as teak and ipe.
Used for:
- Pine and hardwood decks
- Outdoor furniture and pergolas
- Cladding, cabins and fences
Not for teak, ipe or other oily timbers.
Supplied in a 1 L tin.
