Ross 300 mm combination square with a die-cast head, spirit level and scriber, for marking and checking 90° and 45° angles.
Description
A 300 mm combination square with a steel blade etched in millimetres and a die-cast sliding head. The head locks anywhere along the blade, so the tool works as a try square, mitre square, depth gauge and marking gauge. A spirit vial in the head checks level and plumb, and a steel scriber is stored in the head.
Keep the blade clean, and do not drop the tool, because a knock can throw the square out.
Used for:
- Marking square cuts on timber and boards
- Checking 45° mitres
- Setting out depths and rebates
- Checking fixings for level and plumb
