PVC S&V Stop End 40mm, Female

Description

A 40mm PVC stop end (end cap) that fits over the end of a 40mm soil-and-vent waste pipe. Use it to close off an unused branch, cap a future connection point during building work, or seal a redundant basin waste after a bathroom has been changed.

Cut the pipe square, deburr and clean it, then solvent-weld the stop end on with PVC cement for a permanent seal. It is the 40mm counterpart to the 110mm female end cap we stock.

Used for:

• Capping unused 40mm waste branches
• Temporary ends during building work
• Sealing redundant basin and sink wastes
