Description

Pratley Steel Quickset is a two-part resin-and-hardener adhesive, metal filler and mender. It sets very hard and matches the colour of most ferrous metals.

Mix equal beads and use within about 3 minutes. At 23 °C it gels in about 6 minutes, can be filed, sawn, machined and sanded after 2–3 hours, and reaches full strength in 24 hours.

Used for:

Filling blow-holes and cracks in metal castings
Bonding metal parts
Filling seams in metal
Mending a holed car sump or motorcycle casing
Bonding ceramics, slate and tiles where the colour suits

Not for: Flexible joints – it sets rigid.

36ml pack: 2 x 18ml tubes. Surfaces must be clean and free of rust, paint, oil and grease.
