Description
Matweld general-purpose electrodes to the E6013 classification, for everyday mild steel welding. They run on AC or DC and suit fillet, butt and tack welds in all positions.
The 2.5mm size suits light to medium steel on a small arc welder – gates, brackets, burglar bars and repairs. Keep the rods dry; damp electrodes spatter and give porous welds.

Not for: Stainless steel, cast iron or aluminium.
