Description

A temperature and pressure (T&P) safety valve rated 600kPa with a female thread, for geysers on a 600kPa system. The valve opens to release water if the pressure or temperature inside the geyser gets too high, protecting the geyser from bursting. It must match the geyser pressure rating. We also stock a 400kPa female T&P valve.

T&P valves must be fitted by a registered plumber, with the drain pipe led to a safe outside point. Never block or cap the outlet.
