KonstruktIt T-Hinge 150mm, Black Japanned – Pair

Description

T-hinges (tee hinges) have a long strap that screws across the face of the door and a short leaf that fixes to the frame, so the load is spread over the boards. The black japanned finish suits rustic doors and gates. This is the 150mm size; we also stock a 350mm tee hinge for heavy doors.

Fit the strap across a ledge or brace so the screws bite into solid timber. For outdoor gates, touch up any scratches so the steel does not rust.

Used for:

• Ledged and braced shed doors
• Timber garden gates
• Kists, box lids and cupboard doors

Not for heavy garage doors; use a longer, heavier strap hinge.
