Description

Square steel tube, 25.4mm (1″) by 25.4mm, with a 1.6mm wall, for welding light frames, gates, burglar bars, stands, trailers, shelving and general fabrication. Square tube is stiff for its weight and easy to cut, join and weld.

Cut with a grinder or hacksaw and deburr the ends. Clean off mill scale before welding, and prime and paint the finished work to stop rust, especially outdoors. Wear eye protection and gloves when cutting and grinding.
