Flat soapstone (French chalk) marker for marking steel, so lines stay visible when welding, cutting and grinding.
Description
A flat stick of soapstone used by welders and steelworkers to mark cut lines and positions on metal. The marks do not burn off under heat like ordinary chalk or pencil.
Sharpen it to a thin edge on a grinder or file for fine lines.
It also marks on glass, tiles and dark surfaces.
Used for:
